TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the dashboard application available through ralphbridges.com (the "Service"), operated by Ralph Bridges, doing business as Kloud Realty ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Service is a financial and accounting dashboard that allows a user to connect financial accounts via Plaid, Inc. ("Plaid"), track transactions, manage bookkeeping records, and generate reports. The Service is not a bank, broker-dealer, or licensed financial institution, and nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is invitation-based and access is granted at our discretion. Authentication is provided through Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to access the Service.

3. Third-Party Financial Data (Plaid)

The Service uses Plaid to retrieve account and transaction data from your financial institutions. Your use of Plaid Link is subject to Plaid's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of data provided by Plaid or by your financial institution, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity to any linked account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems other than your own;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the financial and accounting data you input into or connect through the Service. Our collection, use, and retention of that data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention and Disposal Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial figures generated by the Service will be free of discrepancies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or financial loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
