Every chronicle has a beginning that comes before the credentials — a childhood, a curiosity, a first spark that would one day become sixteen years of enterprise architecture.
This is the part of the story the résumé rarely captures: the years before the terminal, before the certifications, before the title.
Senior IT Manager with 16+ years of experience in leadership, architecture, and development. Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects for global corporations. Expert in AI-driven contract lifecycle management, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise technology strategy.
Across a career spanning 2007 to today, Ralph has moved from hands-on mobile development into enterprise architecture and IT leadership, currently overseeing the Icertis contract lifecycle management platform behind HPE's multi-billion-dollar operations. He partners across legal, procurement, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture to bring AI capabilities into contracting workflows company-wide.
Outside of the enterprise, Ralph has built IT departments from the ground up, architected DevOps pipelines for the energy sector, and shipped consumer mobile applications reaching millions of users. He speaks English, Filipino (Tagalog), and Chinese (Mandarin).
