This Privacy Policy describes how Ralph Bridges, operating as Kloud Realty ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the dashboard application available through ralphbridges.com (the "Service").

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by Ralph Bridges, a sole proprietor doing business as Kloud Realty. You can reach us at ralph.bridges@kloudrealty.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name and email address from Google via OAuth.
• Financial data via Plaid.When you connect a financial institution through Plaid Link, we receive account details, balances, transactions, and investment holdings from Plaid, Inc. ("Plaid"). We do not receive or store your bank login credentials — those are handled directly by Plaid and your financial institution.
• Data you provide directly. Accounting records, invoices, bills, payroll figures, and real estate information you enter or import (e.g., via CSV) into the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the dashboard, including account syncing and reconciliation;
• Authenticate you and secure access to your data;
• Generate reports, ledgers, and summaries within the Service; and
• Comply with legal and tax recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal or financial information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with Plaid solely to facilitate the connection between your financial institution and the Service, subject to Plaid's own privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third party, except where required by law.

5. Data Security

Access tokens issued by Plaid are encrypted before they are stored. Access to the Service requires authentication, and administrative access to the underlying infrastructure is restricted to the operator. 6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting ralph.bridges@kloudrealty.com. Disconnecting a financial institution through the Service revokes the associated Plaid access token.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
